As a Consultant and Trailblazer for Art & Mental Health, I work both nationally and internationally to sustainably anchor art within strategies for mental health, resilience, and prevention. I collaborate with cultural institutions, healthcare organizations, and policymakers to drive systemic change, with art as an ally in strengthening mental well-being.
The recognition of art’s impact is growing worldwide. Art creates space for reflection, meaning, and healing. It comforts, inspires, connects, and helps us find the words that give meaning, where language falls short. Scientific research shows that art stimulates new neural connections, strengthens coping mechanisms, and aids in stress regulation.
I bring a sharp vision, an interdisciplinary network, and rich practical experience. I quickly find the right people, connect them on content, and let ideas blossom. I work with organizations such as the Arts & Health Network, Museums of the Mind, Van Gogh Museum, Healthcare Institution Cordaan, Oxford Mindfulness, Brain Friendly Museum, and Arts Initiative Tokyo.
What I can do for you:
- Setting the agenda for art in mental health, with a focus on prevention and resilience.
- Advice and strategy for the sustainable integration of art in mental health care.
- Creating collaborations with lasting impact.
- Turning visions into action, with clear roadmaps and guidelines.
- Connecting international research with local impact.
- Lectures and presentations that inspire insight and change
