Art Experiences: Interventions, Meditations and Mindful Spaces

In a world that is becoming increasingly full and where mental challenges are growing, there is a need for experiences that matter. I develop and deliver art experiences that promote mental health by exploring both the inner world and the outer world.

Art provides us with language: it enables us to feel, understand, and express the body, mood, and thoughts. It is a powerful tool for examining habits and patterns, helping us get to know ourselves better. Art helps us become aware of our inner processes and offers a safe space for self-inquiry. From paintings to sound installations, from books to performing arts – I create art experiences that connect people with art, themselves, and the world.

At the heart of all my art experiences is the evidence-based mindfulness method. Mindfulness helps us explore the obstacles we encounter during the process with care and equanimity. Supported by the pillars of mindfulness – openness, compassion, and care – it promotes your mental well-being, personal growth, and inner resilience. The art experiences focus on the impact of art on mental health and are (Di)Stress/Trauma Informed.
